TCANC has been a long-standing  member of the triangle’s celebration of the India Independence day, headed by the Hindi Vikas Mandal of NC

• October - Adopt-a-Highway
  

TCANC has partnered with NC DOT in NCDOT Adopt-A-Highway,  a beautification program that focuses on seeking help from various organizations to keep NC roads clean and green. TCANC has adopted the Carpenter Fire Station Road for this program.

• November - தமிழ் மாலை (Tamizh Maalai) 

An annual celebration of the tremendous talent within the member community

• January - பொங்கல் (Pongal)

TCANC hosts this event along with other sister organizations of the triangle area to celebrate the annual harvest season in Tamilnadu, India
